Come join our Royal Team! We are looking for Nail Technicians to join our growing team. Team members will need to provide nail care treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service by ensuring the customers needs and requests are heard and addressed and by taking an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
• Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
• Paint fingernails and toenails
• Clean, cut and shape nails
• Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
• Remove previously applied polish
• Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
• Sterilize equipment before use
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions)
• Give hand and foot massages
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist or similar role
• Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including french manicures, airbrushing and gel manicures
• Knowledge of cosmetology trends
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Experience in customer service
• Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Art
• Must be a team player

In addition to our competitive hourly wages, you will be paid a productivity bonus as well as tips.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service by ensuring the customers needs and requests are heard and addressed and by taking an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
• Offer eyelash and skin care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen care for natural eyelashes, and how to make eyelash extensions last longer)
• Stays up-to-date on Eyelash extension theory, eye health, sanitation, isolation, application, styling, aftercare and more
• Must be able to engage clients with exemplarily customer service; appropriately recommend products and services
• Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings Lash Artist qualifications and skills
• Proficiency with Classic eyelash extensions
• Ability to sell products to our clients based on their individual needs
• Experience with facial waxing highly desirable
• Outgoing personality, able to work with others, positive attitude
• Able to work Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

• State esthetician or cosmetologist license required
• Proven work experience as a Esthetician or Eyelash Extension Technician

• Knowledge of cosmetology trends

• Greet clients as they enter the salon and provide them with refreshments
• Escort clients to their service stations
• Help prepare clients for treatment
• Must be able to engage clients with exemplarily customer service; appropriately recommend products and service
• Ability to sell products to our clients based on their individual needs
• Answer phones
• Assist on the front desk answering calls
• Book and manage appointments
• Maintain and manage inventory of products and items
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through salon services
• Ensure compliance of state policies, practices and procedures.
• Assist with keeping the salon clean and tidy
• Stock the retail areas
• Fold towels
• Sweep floors
• Disinfect equipment
