Nail Technician
Full or Part-Time
Come join our Royal Team! We are looking for Nail Technicians to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service by ensuring the customer's needs are met.
- Taking an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences).
- Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer).
- Perform manicures and pedicures.
- Clean, cut, and shape nails.
- Recommend services based on clients' needs.
- Remove previously applied polish.
- Prepare and clean the beauty station in between appointments.
- Sterilize equipment after use and put away in the proper area.
- Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions).
- Give hand and foot massages.
- Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Nail Technician.
- Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends.
- Proficient understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Experience in customer service.
- Licensed Nail Technician.

Esthetician
Full or Part-Time
Come join our Royal Team! Team members will need to provide eyelash and eyebrow care treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service by ensuring the customer's needs are met.
- Taking an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences).
- Offer eyelash and skin care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen care for natural eyelashes, and how to make eyelash extensions last longer).
- Stay up-to-date on eyelash extension theory, sanitation, isolation, application, styling, aftercare, trends, and more.
- Must be able to engage clients with exemplary customer service and appropriately recommend products and services.
- Ability to sell products to our clients based on their individual needs.
- Experience with facial waxing is highly desirable.
- Outgoing personality, able to work with others, positive attitude.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- A state esthetician or cosmetologist license is required.
- Proven work experience as an Esthetician or Eyelash Extension Technician.Expertise in basic and advanced eyelash extension techniques, including application, eyelid care, styling, and lash lift/tint techniques.

Nurse

As an LPN at U R Royalty Med Spa, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients seeking cosmetic treatments. You will work closely with the providers, as well as other members of the team to deliver exceptional services and ensure patient satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include patient assessment, consultations, performing and assisting in procedures, patient education, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Valid license in Texas.
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate in Cypress, Texas before starting work
- Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice is preferred.
- Medspa: 1 year (Preferred)
- Aesthetic treatments: 1 year (Preferred)
- Esthetic laser treatments: 1 year (Preferred)
- Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology procedures, treatments, and skincare products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail for accurate documentation and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for placing IVs and giving vitamins and medications. Must be proficient in IV placement.
- Patient Assessment and Preparation

- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, addressing concerns, and ensuring their comfort.
- Assist with the completion of consent forms and other necessary documentation.
- Procedure Assistance/Performance
- Collaborate with PROVIDER during cosmetic procedures, injections, and other non-surgical interventions.
- Prepare the treatment area, ensuring proper sterilization and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Provide support during procedures, including assisting with equipment and instrument setup, wound care, and managing patient discomfort.
- Performing procedures you are qualified to perform.
- Patient Education and Support:
- Educate patients on pre-and post-procedure care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
- Answer patient questions regarding treatment options, skincare routines, and recommended products.
- Offer emotional support and address patient concerns, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
- Documentation and Administrative Tasks:
- Accurately document patient information, medical history, treatments performed, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Coordinate scheduling, including appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering medical supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Follow up with leads and consultation appointments.
- Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, infection control protocols, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste and hazardous materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new procedures, and cosmetic dermatology advancements through continuing education and professional development.
