U R Royalty stems from our long-cherished mother-daughter tradition of getting mani/pedis together on a regular basis. Back when my daughter and I lived in North Houston suburb, we loved being pampered together and I appreciated the fact that they took great care of her, treated her well, and gave her the true pampering experience she deserved. However, since moving to a different area, I see many salons focus only on the task at hand, when instead, they should be focusing on creating a delightful experience tailored to each and every guest.
