UR Royalty Cancellation Policy

At U R Royalty Med Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To maintain the highest standards and ensure the efficient management of our schedule, we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined below:

  • Notice Period:
    Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Alternatively, this may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, if one was made.

  • No-show Policy:
    If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the late cancellation policy will apply.
